It is for us a great pleasure inviting you to attend this new World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS) SKULL BASE COMMITTEE HANDS-ON COURSE. This is the second time this official WFNS SKULL BASE COURSE is organized in the superb facilities of IAVANTE CENTER (Granada, Spain). We have joined an outstanding and highly experienced faculty who will address practical lectures and also cadaveric demonstration of the most relevant and complex skull base procedures. The faculty continuously will interact with the participants in their hands-on work. We suggest to make your arrangements soon as there is a limited number of workstations.
