Official Language of the Congress
The official language of the congress is Turkish. During the congress, international speaker presentations will be simultaneously translated from Turkish to English and from English to Turkish.

Registration and Information
Registration and information tables will open at 8.00 a.m. on April 17, 2015 in the hotels of the congress, and will remain open throughout the duration of the congress between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 7.30 p.m.

Name Badges
All participants and their guests are required to wear name badges in the convention center, in the exhibition areas during the scientific sessions, in the poster areas, and during the social programs in order to ensure security at the meeting.

Exhibition Booths
Throughout the congress, pharmaceutical and medical device companies will exhibit their products in a designated area of the convention center.
