Upon request, the organization secretariat will be pleased to send a personal invitation to all participants to facilitate permisson from their institutions and other formalities who has completed the registration process. This letter should not be considered as an offer of financial support from the organizers.

Name Badges
It is compulsory to wear the name badges at the activity areas during Congress. Kindly note that there will be name badge control by the charged security at the activity areas.
Evaluation Form
It is compulsory for the delegates to fill the evaluation form for the sessions they had attended in order to have the certificate of attendance.
Smoking and Mobile Phone Prohibition
It is kindly asked to turn off the mobile phones at the scientific sessions and remind that smoking is strictly forbidden at the closed areas according to the laws.
