TRANSFER INFORMATION
Round trip transfer service will be kindly provided for the participants who had requested and transfer informed the organization secreteriat about the flight details. One way transfer from airport to Hotel or Hotel to airport is 35.-Euro. The round trip airport - Hotel - airport transfer fee is 70.-euro. VAT is included to the prices mentioned above and do not cover private vehicle transfer. For further information, it is kindly advised to contact with the organization secreteriat.
- It is kindly asked for the participants who preferred registration with accommodation, to bring the photocopy of their identification card in order to help with the formalities during check - in procedure.
- The registration with accommodation, the registration without accommodation, transfer fees can either be paid by bank transfer to the account mentioned below or by credit card.
- No daily registration with or without accommodation is allowed.
- Pertaing the registration with accommodation, it is compulsory to contact with the organization secreteriat. The reservations that are not confirmed by the organization secreteriat won't be valid.
- The registration forms should be filled completely and send to the organisation secreteriat via e-mail or via fax. If the payment is preferred to be done by credit card, the mail order form should be filled completely and signed before sending to the organization secreteriat. The related form form can be gladly obtained through the web site www.2014.tndkongresi.info
- The registration system will be off after 18:00 on the 1st of April. No registration will be done on the 2nd and 3rd of April. The requests should be done by e-mail at this period. Hence April 4, it will be possible for the delegates to complete the registration process from on-site registration desk located at Rixos Sungate Hotel Convention Center.
